If you did not get to weigh-in Saturday, Feb. 18...This is the last week to join the challenge.
The 2012 Biggest Loser Challenge will run from February 18 - May 31. If you are interested, or know of someone who might be interested in participating in a 12-week weight loss challenge, you can still join this week. Final weigh in dates are:
Thursday, Feb. 23 from 6-7:30pm
Saturday, Feb. 25 from 9am-12pm.
There are bi-weekly prizes and a grand prize at the end of the challenge for 1-3 places. Your $25 fee covers a notebook of information, t-shirt, exercise classes at the church along with clinics to gain knowledge about your diet and health, plus much more. Don't miss it - Join the group!
