The Biggest Loser Challenge 2012“No Excuses”
For the 2012 challenge we would like to offer various exercise classes at the church for group workouts in addition to the weekend and weeknight seminars offered with dieticians, fitness trainers, doctors, and nurses; covering topics such as healthy eating, tasty recipes, diabetes and your weight, your blood pressure and your BMI (body mass index), your body and physical fitness, training with weights, low impact/high impact: walking vs. running, and much more.
All of the classes and seminars are included with the cost of participation in the program. With bi-monthly weigh-ins and bi-monthly prizes along with the winning cash amounts for places 1 through 3, the Biggest Loser 2012 Challenge - No Excuses - is designed to help CBC and her family and friends GET PHYSICALLY FIT AND HEALTHY TO SERVE IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD!
